Seborrheic Keratosis Help!

They are very granular so just rub them off -- little by little. Two left bumps. I just used a razor I use for my legs. Just kept shaving it down until it was totally gone. Can't even see where it was. I had a huge one on my back. Completely gone with just rubbing. None of mine have come back and only one left a brown spot -- just a discoloration. Not a scar. Don't overthink it especially if they can become cancerous -- which I doubt.

Sounds great. Mine don't work that way. Some turn into a sort of flap, which I've tried cutting off but experience a lot of pain as they have blood vessels and nerves. A dermatologist tried surgically removing one of my large one and it bled profusely and he dug at it for a long time and was not entirely successful. Took forever to heal.
