Trimix causing inability to orgasm

I started using trimix @ a month ago. Now I can't have an orgasm or ejaculate. I've never haf this issue before. I'm wondering how long this will last and if a smaller dose will not cause this or if I need to stop using the trimix.

I will be a first time user of Trimix in a few weeks. I will use the lowest dose my doc prescribed which is 0.5 ml I read a lot of info about how Trimix may cause priapism. Am I over cautious, does priapism occur at low doses. I know everyone is different. I’m just looking for some feedback.

I was a little worried about that also. I was prescribed 10 units and I had zero problem. Erection went away about an hour later. I also read that it’s a “rare” situation. Just stick to the prescribed dose. If that’s not enough to get an erection I was told by my doc to increase by 5 units at a time

I have found that the bigger dose I take the harder it is to climax. I don't have a problem with a long lasting erection so I use a small dose of trimix with a normal dose of Viagra since the Viagra alone isn't enough.

I have always understood that you should NOT use trimix and Viagra or any other oral meds like Sildenafil at the same time!

Priapism can occur with any overdose of a vasodilator. Be careful. Better to under dose and work your up than experience the pain from priapism. Look it up. There are you tube videos from ERs draining the blood from an engorged penis Not a pretty sight!
