Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA): Anyone had success?
Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) user for at least 6 months. Seemed to work after several weeks, then not, then somewhat, now not at all and the burning pain is spreading to most of my body. Anybody find success? Is this how it works for you as well? Just hate to throw away money and continue unnecessary/ ineffective supplements. I use the Ergomax brand.
Thank you fellow sufferers! Appreciate this forum and people willing to share, advise and encourage!

I’ve been taking it with Eliquis for several months. No problems.
I would suggest you ask your doctor. I don't know if you've cut yourself or have seen that your clotting okay but if you're in a car wreck and you're cut up bad you could bleed to death if that's what The warning is....
Where did you read about PEA and eliquis?I am on eliquis but wanted to give PEA a try.
Is PEA safe to take with low dose aspirin therapy?
In Italy, neuropathy is treated with Lipoic Acid & PEA. Has anyone tried PEA or the above combination in the USA?

I have no noticeable short term effect from R-ALA and PEA. Possibly slight effect longer term (over 3 wks+). I think it is good to mention dosages when discussing any treatments (since YMMV), so, R-ALA 100-300mg/day and PEA 300-1200mg/day.

2 Reactions@1kay2: Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) is an endogenous fatty acid amide that is naturally produced in the body and found in certain foods like egg yolks and peanuts. It has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, making it a potential treatment for various pain conditions, including neuropathy.
