Am I done growing?
I’m 21 and 5’8. I have been 5’8 since 2019 when I was 16 not a single inch since. I’ve always eaten pretty decently and gotten plenty of sleep, but I just find it really weird that I have not grown in with almost been six years. My dad is 6’1 And my mom is 5’3. I don’t know if grandparents have much to do with it but just some added info. My grandfather on my mother’s side is about 5’8, in his younger years probably 5’9. My grandmother and my mother side was about 5’2. And my father side my grandfather was 6’6 Am my grandmother was around 5’6. Recently, I’ve also been eating a lot healthier and stretching a lot more.

Also, some added info. I have a wingspan of someone over 6 foot and I’ve always had a larger head as well as very big hands and I wear a size 10 1/2 to 11 in shoes.

Growth physically is usually complete by 18-20 years old. You seemed to pick up the genetics from the males in your family around 5’8”-5’9”. It is still good to eat well, sleep well and exercise to maintain good health no matter what height you attain. Love yourself as you are. 🙂
Thank you for the response. Do you think it’s still possible to pump out a few inches?

It is rare but possible to grow up to another inch. See information in the link below.

Many males continue brain development and maturity up through 25-30. That is why good sleep/diet/exercise and not smoking/vaping/drinking/doing drugs is so important. It can significantly affect growth and development.
