Honey and garlic-what are your thoughts?

I've used garlic as a "natural remedy" for various ailments for decades (usually eaten raw or nowadays just microwave for a few seconds to mellow it out) and it still works for me, but this is the first I've heard about not using it at all. It's not a daily thing though. I'll check into this!
As for the honey, we buy ours locally from local bee keepers as there are many benefits such as allergy relief from local pollens.

@mamay, There is information about honey in the link that I shared in my previous response. I think you can go head and enjoy your local honey!
-And, I have never seen or read anything about raw garlicbeing a risk. I believe that garlic is in the onion family, and we do eat raw onions. The concern with eating raw veggies or fruits is if they are not washed or peeled to remove any contaminants.

Mamay, My son gave me some beautiful fresh country eggs yesterday, They are absolutely beautiful pastel colors! Reminded me of Easter eggs. Anyway, I think that your local honey on a biscuit or toast would be a wonderful compliment to the egg that I'm going to enjoy for breakfsat in the morning. How do you use your honey?
