I use fungal acne safe products for past two years and wow! What a difference! Also I mix xylitol (which breaks down barrier of the fungus -- the only thing to do that) and sea salt and apple cider vinegar. I use it as a scalp scrub and body scrub twice a week. Works great! And I got a $30 red light therapy light from Walmart about two months ago. My scalp is better than it's been ever since I was diagnosed.
