I've had this burning in my feet and legs since 2001 to 2016 working from a latter 8to10hrs a day, now I feel like I'm always up on the latter, even when I'm on the ground.
Welcome @aaronhit711, That has to be an awful feeling. I didn't realize that could happen from being on a ladder. Here's some information that might be helpful while you wait for others to repond.
"Why do my feet hurt after being on a ladder?
Extensor tendonitis: The tendons that run along the top of the foot can become inflamed due to overuse, leading to pain and swelling on the top of the midfoot. This is common in people who engage in activities or jobs that involve repetitive movements, such as running, dancing, or climbing stairs or ladders."

Have you seen a doctor or foot specialist?

Sometimes when I read the posts, I know I probably should NOT reply...BUT...here I go.
OK, I was NOT really diagnosed correctly in 1990. I had a lot of pain, lots of Doctors, but... NOBODY knew what the heck was going on. I had to change jobs in a big way! I had no idea what the heck was wrong with my feet!! I had a burning feeling that made it impossible to wear even a low heel. Sneakers, here we come! I had to quit my "Outside Sales" job. ( Boo-Hoo, Good pay!) Next, I did customer contact within a Computer Co, sitting at a DESK.!
Finally, after going from Doctor to Doctor, a Podiatrist recommended Surgery on both feet. (Hold your breath)...I said OK!!! He did the right one first, and said to walk on my heel for a year. Then, as soon as I could put weight on the one foot, he did the other. ( I know, but I was
desperate)
OK, it is 2025. Yes, BIG problems with both feet...consistent pain 24-7,. Oh, unlike others, I cannot go barefooted even for a walk from bed to the close bathroom at night.
TOO MUCH PAIN !!
Here is what drives most of us nuts. Yep, PN, but ALL DIFFERENT!! Do I have to try all five solutions?? I think I did four, not counting the surgery) Gimmie a break. So I might just MENTION a drug or path that worked for me, this king of drugs, or just SAY what I did or do not do now, and maybe it "no workie for me" or does, or sort of' or no? We share anyway, because misery loves company...plus we might get some solid suggestions?
Let's just remember...spell it out PLEASE, but we are not suggesting but let us feel free to SHARE!! Best luck everyone!
Thanks for this site!!
