0.1 micrometer reverse osmosis filter

my husband installed a three step reverse osmosis under sink tankless filter- sediment, carbon, and RO 0.1 micrometer filter. I know that carbon filter is an incubator for MAC, sediment filter just collects the basic stuff but does the RO filter with the 0.1micrometer filtration would stop MAC? We could not finf just sediment and 0.1 filters installed in line. All are 0.5 micrometers. Anybody has knowledge about this kind of filtration?
