Unable to maintain firm erection as a teenager
I'm 17 years old, and have being preparing for a competitive exam for almost 2 years now due to which my whole life has become sedentary. Also I started to masturbate a little more than usual few months ago, 1 or 2 times a day for 4-5 days a week. And now I'm unable to maintain a firm erection. I do get hard and am able to ejaculate but I don't get fully erect without touching it and when I remove my hand from it, it again goes back to mild erect. I'm really scared, and I can't go to an doctor without my parents right now and I can't tell this to them.

First, I wanna say you’re very brave and courageous to share your current situation. Second., your answer is really easy if you’re still attending school just see the school medical staff. They only contact your parents if your life is in danger. You’re pretty much treated like an adult at your school Clinic . I hope everything works out and that you get all the grades you strive for.
Go to a doctor (specialist, not just any MD) and start there. Good luck.
Can you tell your parents you're having an embarrassing issue and need to see a doctor? If not, can you say something vague like "I think I need to see the doctor because I haven't been feeling right for awhile." Most parents don't go into the doctor's examining room with they teenage kids.
I like this site very much. Best wishes,
Never be imbarrassed about your body or a physical issue. If it's something you are concerned about go to get it checked out. Its understandable thats it's embarrassing belive me I understand I've been in the same situation as you when i was 16. But you need to deal with it. Don't be imbarrassed as uncomfortable as it is.
Don’t be embarrassed, but I do recommend that you seek help as fast as you can. From what you’re explaining seems like stress, anxiety, performance anxiety, could be the cause of this and so many more things that could have caused this. Could be an injury (that’s what happened to me) If I could go back in time and had the opportunity to speak to my parents about any concern I had at that age most definitely would. Seek help from a urologist. I personally just realized that a supplement I was taking called saw palmetto caused my ed along with the injury on my pelvic floor. Long story short I stopped taking it for years and I was doing good but as soon as I started with that supplement again the ed and pelvic floor pain came back
