I have been taking 100 mg of trazadone and 10 mg of Ambien nighty for over 1 year. no side effects and they seem to work. I also just started using a red light device in hopes it will work so I can get off the drugs. the Helight Sleep device is based on a NASA study using astronauts. Hopefully it's just not another medical device scam. Let the buyer beware.

Let's us know how that works

On the subject of red light devices, here is my personal experience with one. I had plantar fasciitis with a bone spur for almost a year that did not respond to injection and as a person who walks 3-6 miles a day I was beyond myself not being able to walk. I purchased a red light device and used it 5 days a week, 10 minutes per day with the bottom of my feet pointing toward the device about 6”’from it. Within a week I noticed results and within 2 weeks I was back out walking again with continued improvement using it as stated. Made a believer out me. I have read so many articles that it can help with thyroid, osteoporosis, hair loss, sleep etc so I say why not try it. I personally have not noticed a benefit for sleep or other conditions yet but I keep at it. I use the Red Rush 400 and they had a discount at the time using the discount code Energy Blueprint. Not sure if that is still offered.
