STIs: I’m scared of them even tho I'm clear i need help

I’ve had my first sex in August 15 2024
The girl I had sex with she had some scent on her vagina and breath but I still did it
Months go by I forgot about it and I started to frequently masterbaute for some time so at Jan 26 2025 I got a skin issue down there which is not itchy or something just some thick skin and that when u touch u can feel it’s thick , and u can notice it sometimes only
When I got this it scared the shit out of me
I got an sti test , I’m clear from aids , hepatitis C and B and also syphilis
But I’m only worried about the rest
HPV and herpes
Doctors said they didn’t examine me cause The other sti’s that weren’t tested would have devoured me due to timeline
Like herpes and others
I notice new things on my penis sometimes and sometimes new feelings
Idc as long as it’s not harmful
I’m just worried a uncureable sti will show
The girl I had sex with said she’s not feeling anything unusual

If you're masturbating a lot, you could just be developing calluses. Maybe try taking a break and check for improvement. See a urologist if you don't notice any improvement.

I don't get what you mean by being "devoured by a timeline" and "new feelings".🤔. Are you feeling pain? Soreness and calluses could also result from vigorous stimulation w/o adequate lubrication. Are you using lubricants when you masturbate? Don't skimp on the oil/cream. It feels better and protects those sensitive tissues.

If things don't resolve to your satisfaction, go see a urologist. It'll put your mind at ease.

The main issue I’m guessing was the frequent masterbauting without using oil or anything that smooth the process , they said I got an eczema or something and they were treating it that way , I was putting some strong creams on my penis that made it skin a lot weaker

Since I had sex in Aug 15 2024 and I didn’t develop any symptoms and I got the test for the 4 kings of sti’s
And all I’m getting is just skin issues

Just go get tested for everything they didn't test for before. Doctors follow a protocol but if you ask for something specific they can do it. Go to an urgent care that does still testing and get the full spectrum. Set your mind at ease.
