Help with Remeron
On Day 10 of Remeron, 7.5 for anxiety and depression, insomnia. Having nausea, weakness, shaky feeling. Will this go away? Feeling really discouraged!

I take mirtazapine 30 mg. once a day at bedtime. I was told this is the same drug as remeron. It has really helped me sleep better and I wake up better, feeling better all day. No side effects. I also take .1 mg of fluoxetine twice a day. I've been less symptomatic on these meds than before. Hope this helps.
