Taking blood thinners. Have headache every day.

Anyone have any advice for me? I take blood thinners and have had a mild headache every day for months. Initially I was taking a different blood thinner and had severe headaches, so they took me off that blood thinner and started me on the one I'm taking now. But I still have headaches ...but mild headaches. If I'm busy with something I barely notice the headache.
