Sleep and fibromyalgia
Hi
I would just like to know what others take for sleep with fibromyalgia. I can't seem to tolerate my cyclobenzaprine anymore
Works great for sleep, But makes my ears ring affects my tinnitus. I am going to go back to my 5htp and cbd. See if that will help.

sue417, Have you tried Melatonin by Natrol? I use 5 mg gummies and they work. I believe 10 mg is the limit of Melatonin you can take. Check with your doctor please before trying.
I also rub myself down with Voltaren Gel before bedtime in the spots that are hurting and that helps me sleep better.
Praying for you. Sleep is so important.
Hi
I have tried melatonin can't seem to tolerate it. I have 3mg . It's also the hot flashes last night was brutal. It seemed like every hour. I am hormone positive for my breast cancer so can't take anything for my hormones it's brutal. I take my magnesium glycinate and 5htp I did cbd last night too. I have an oil and gummies. I may try gummies tonight. It's finding a combination that works.
sue417, Try keeping a bottle of cold water beside your bed at night, dress cool, light covers on bed and a cool wash cloth beside the bed to put either on your face or the back of your neck.
I hope this helps. Bless you.
Hi
Thks I do have a btl but I also have sleep apnea so when I have hot flashes I have to take it on and off because of the sweat it's really frustrating. But thks
I take 300mg magnesium glycerinate about 2 hrs before bed. An hour later I take 5mg cyclobenzaprine, a few minutes later I take a sleep gummy with CBN and a small amount of THC and 2mg melatonin, all which make me sleepy. I've also just started taking low-dose naltrexone. I'm at 2mg a day, working slowly up to 4 or 4.5mg a day. The LDN seems to be helping me sleep longer, but I wake up very often during the night.
J'ai pris du Remeron pendant plusieurs années. Je de dormais pas. C'est la seule chose qui fonctionnait pour moi.

My GP here in the U.K., working on the advice of the hospital’s Pain Clinic, prescribed me 60mg Duloxatine am and also pm (total of 120mg daily plus, Bupronorphine patches ((1 per week) - that releases 10micrograms each hour, keeping topped up until changed for next patch. Between them my pain has been released to a level I can handle…..I sleep well however, have immense difficulty in waking in the mornings. I am woken by my amazing husband, with coffee and two ginger biscuits and my morning meds (8 pills, that includes the Duloxatine, 2 x inhalations of Fostair 200/6 - my Asthma meds plus 2 x puffs of a steroid nasal spray). Within 15 - 30 minutes, I’m sound asleep again !!
5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) can be converted to serotonin in the body. It is often used for depression. I get mine from my naturopath
