The quality and efficacy of CBD products varies wildly. I suggest you research the company you have bought tincture from. I find SunMed which grows its own hemp in Florida to be reliable and effective. Don’t give up on Mother Nature.

I live in the Emerald Trangle which is where most of the products come from and I also grow my own. I think I’ve taken zolpidem for so many years that my brain is resistant to many products,
