My ejection fraction improved by quite a bit following my being prescribed Entresto. It went from 47 to 69 in the year from when I started it.
But there were two other factors during that period that may have contributed to the increase. I had an ablation in August that corrected a rapid heart rate (Tachycardia),and following that I started to exercise more regularly. Hope yours works effectively as well.
So happy to hear of your progress and sincerely hope that you continue to experience improvement in your heart health.

Been on Entresto for about 10 years since it came out. Funny insurance would not cover it saying other blood pressure medicine available. My Heart Failure doctor at Mayo Jacksonville appealed it saying it was not a blood pressure medicine but a medicine to treat heart failure.
BCBS Federal agreed with my HF doctor and covered Entresto. So, I went from paying nothing for it (Entresto covered it since insurance denied) to paying $125.00 every 3 months.
It did not improve my EF but kept it from getting any worse. My EF was going down and down and the Entresto (I think) stopped the decrease and have had the same EF for 10 years.
I did have some side effects (I was also put on carvedilol) and my heart rate went down into 30's. I have a ICD/Pacemaker so Pace Clinic up my pacing to 70 to offset this. The first couple of weeks I had a lot of fatigue and was told this would pass as the body compensates for the medication. And that was correct it went away.
So, for me Entresto worked, and I exercise every day for 1-2 hours.
I'm also on Entresto, before i was on enalapril. I'm taking 24/26 dose. Seems to work for me. Have they ever upped your dose over the years?
I was diagnosed with heart failure in 2021 and was put on Entresto and Carvedilol and although my EF improved to near normal I was still dragging. I had a PM/ICD installed in 4/2022 and that snapped me back to normal EF and activity. Just recently I've had episodes of SVT so I will be having an ablation this coming week.
