Do you open your eyes at night when you are sleeping.
I have very dry eyes and I have found if I use dry eye masks at night it helps a lot. But it takes about 3 months to tell the difference.
I get my mask at the Mayo optical store.

can you guide me as to how to get to optical store? I live in Louisiana and tried calling a number but they told me they did not sell masks and was to get someone to return my call but I never heard back from them. Do you have a number I could try? Thanks for your help
