I see an immunologist and she ordered IgG with subgroups. I am weak and always tired and my feet were tingling and I asked her to check for vitB12, vitD and she suggested checking the immunoglobulins. Came back all low. I get vitb12 shot once a month and for the last two months take IgG- numbers went up for vitb12 and some of IgG . I am still taking antibiotics for Mac. I think you can also talk to your family doctor.
