Thanks for the lead! What does LCHF stand for?

Does this group also discuss extended fasting too?

I'm doing this all on my own. My doctors and dietitian are aware of my experiment but are not able or willing to discuss this with me because they haven't studied it.

Can we extend my post to also show in the Low Carb high fat conversation?

I am really serious about extended fasting 5 days or more.
