I don’t have infected eye lash follicles, but I do have significant dry eye disease. My optometrist recommended to me back in 2019 to use Ocusoft Eye cleanser every morning and bedtime. It helps to rid the eyelids of those little eye mites that can thrive on the warm, moist edges of our eyelids at the base of our lashes and can contribute to dry eyes. It may not cure your infected eye lids, but it can’t hurt to try this product. It comes both as a foam and individually wrapped wipes. I prefer the foam, but that’s personal preference.
