Tight chest and chest pain

The last few days I experience chest pain and tight chest. I decreased the intensity of my airway clearance- stopped using a vest and switched from 7% to 3% sodium chloride.I also used albuterol instead of levalbuterol inhaler. I don’t feel it helps. I can breath without problems though, have no wheezing. Has anybody experienced this and if yes what did you do?

FOr me the chest pain and tightness were a direct side effect of the rifampin. WEnt to the heart doctor and was cleared. The rifampin was interfering with the effectiveness of my BP meds. My meds were changed and adjusted now i am fine after suffering with the chest pain for 6 months!
