Shock-like pain on back of the head and fatigue

Hi, I feel a shock-like pain in the back of my head, pain on my shoulders and fatigue, pain all over my body and memory issues. What could this be? Or what could be causing it?

Yes, I went to my primary doctor with the symptoms/ was referred to neurology / diagnosed after battery of tests for low BP issues and treated with a medication. I was also sent for diagnostic tests for incontinence and
hoarse-voice which are other symptoms; subsequently for phys therapy sessions to try to retrain symptom patterns along with Urology/ Gynocology visit for further tests and medication.
