No orgasm at all. I feel like I might be able to but then can never seem to get over the hump if you know what I mean.

@maverick75 Same boat brother. RARP in Oct 25 (64 y/o). Nine months out, undetectable psa and have resumed almost ALL activities. Am able to achieve erection and do get excited. But then, poof, no climax. I have a mild sensation, but nothing comparable an orgasm. Prescribed both cialias and viagra, but no effect. As one post suggested, I think it is mental at this point and just need to get over the hump. Practice makes perfect. But a bit frustrating in the meantime. Good luck!
