Has anyone suffered from Dyskinesia or Dystonia toes curl under?
I'm on Rytary 3 X's daily. I also use INBRIJA inhaler 3 to 5 times a day. I have researched the symptoms of Dyskinesia and Dystonia. I have tried adjusting my meds and after many months I think this side effect is cause by INBRIJA. My left foot toes curl under as follows, Not the big toe, toe next to it curls a bit but toes 3, 4, 5 are really curled. Tremors accompany the toes curling. I'm forced to walk on the outside of my foot. Because the side of my foot is carrying my weight, it causes my ankle to swell and is painful. Has anyone experienced this? If yes how do you manage this?

Hi. @sparkyr70 - welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I'm sorry to hear about this toe curling making you need to walk on the outside of your foot and the pain and swelling this is causing.
I'm tagging a few members who might have something to contribute on this topic of toe curling related to medications and what to do about it, such as @jakedduck1 @minajo @pworley1955 @wascaly @kthlngrateful. I'd also like you to meet @hopeful33250.
What does your neurologist suggest doing with this issue and the walking challenges it presents?
My husband takes carbidopa levodopa and has curling toes. He recently had his first botox shots, one in the bottom of the foot and one in the calf and it has helped a lot. These were given by his neurologist who is a movement disorder specialist and must be repeated every 3 months. He also sees a physical therapist who specializes in Parkinsons who provides temporary relief for all his tight muscles. I hope you can get some relief soon.
