I’m currently going through this as well. It started out of nowhere. I have a fast thumping sound in left ear. It’s not in time with pulse. It’s very sporadic. I saw an ENT/Neurologist. I was told it’s called middle ear myoclonus. It’s rare and could go away on its own. I also have body twitches like you mentioned everywhere that come and go and only last a couple of seconds. I know this post was about 2-3 years ago, but I was wondering how are you doing now. Did this ever resolve for you?
