@laujodrik if you react to a full dose, many of us go down to 1/4 or 1/2 dose and then move up as we tolerate it. I never took a full dose (did 7/8) and had dramatic gains.

I had sever muscle spasm on 3rd dose of Tymlos and about to try 1/4 dose today. Very nervous but good to hear others have done it .

I just found out that tymlos raises your heart rate and I took an EKG this afternoon and need to see a cardiologist. I don’t see the same side effects with the raised heart rate. My dentist believes I have osseonecrosis so besides not getting any gains from the Prolia I’m not sure if I can go in this. So very frustrating.
