Has anyone else been diagnosed with vestibular hypofunction
I had noticed while walking in an aisle that I would start walking sideways to my right and then I would get really unbalanced so I'll let it go on for a while and then I was at work and about passed out and I could not walk by myself so I went to the doctor she referred me to all kind of specialist and to come to find out they can always find out that it is something called vestibular hypofunction and also I have neuropathy and my feet and legs but is really aggravating because I can't go into a big store without being so overwhelmed with all the people walking around me it makes me really dizzy and it it's just aggravating and tiring does anyone else have this problem it's been going on for 16 months I can't drive I can't walk without a cane.

Hi..I have the same problems.Bilateral Vestibular Hypofunction. It is hard to do anything. I also have stage 4 lung cancer. I rehab but it doesn’t do much. Dr. Says I have to retrain my brain. I have lost weight. Always dizzy and unbalanced. I take lorazepam for anxiety. I take oxycodone for pain. I live alone but have good support. I’m sorry this is probably not helping much..
Thanks ❤️
Yeah that's what they tell me retrain the brain.
Sorry you are going through stage 4 lung cancer. Praying for you 🙏.
