Have any of you had success with acupuncture ?
I have an appointment with an integrated doctor who practices western and eastern medicine. I am hoping that he can help me with my fatigue. Is there anyone that experienced success with acupuncture and/ or other eastern treatments?

I have found acupuncture, although not curative, to be helpful in addressing long COVID issues including fatigue, body aches, and sleep and heat regulation issues.
I have had positive experiences with acupuncture, but it wasn’t for post covid syndrome symptoms. I am considering it now for long covid and a digestive issue.
I am seeing a doctor of eastern and western medicine tomorrow. I had a good experience being treated for nausea, but I was wondering if anyone has had acupuncture treatments for fatigue and/or GI? How did they go?
No! I have been to two acupuncturists for long Covid and felt thoroughly ripped off. All told, I probably spend about $800 on visits and supplements. I don't dismiss acupuncture for other ailments, but I don't recommend it for LC symptoms (mine is chiefly fatigue).
I went to an acupuncturist a couple times a week looking for any kind of help. To his credit he told me if we didn’t see some kind of improvement, we should back off. I didn’t notice any specific improvement (fatigue) but still go about once a month, mostly for a great hour of relaxation.
I had a series of acupuncture treatments for (4-year) loss of taste and smell. No improvement.
I also tried the Chinese and acupuncture treatments for my long covid symptoms,I researched the treating practitioner who was seeing if Chinese medicine and acupuncture would help long covid suffers.
The cost of the treatment was reasonable and I was told if there was no improvement after 3 treatments, the treatment should cease...
I was optimistic about this treatment........
Unfortunately I found no relief from my covid symptoms 😢
Yesterday, I went to have acupuncture, specifically for fatigue and GI issues. By the time I left the parking lot, my abdominal cramps and pressure had eased and I felt incredibly relaxed. I am going twice a week and see what happens.
I have found acupuncture to be very helpful with digestive issues.
My long covid is resolving after a Rituxan infusion!
I get Rituxin for autoimmune and two weeks ago had an infusion ( q 6 months).
I also sleep 10-12 hours and put my support hose on before getting out if bed, then drink coffee for vasoconstriction.
I went all day yesterday till 6pm asymptomatic!!!
This has been going on for 6 months so wow. To have one day free is a gift! Willsee about a long walk today with my dog and of course my support clothes and coffee!
