Thankful
At the close of this year, I just wanted to take the time to thank everyone for your support and information. What a blessing this group has been for me and many of us facing a broad variety of MAC and bronchiectasis challenges. Together, we provide a light in the storm! Wishing you all health, happiness and inner harmony.

Thank you!
Same to you, much health and joy!
I add my thank you too. Thank you to our mentor and coordinator. You all keep us hopeful and not alone.
Me too. I have learned so much a nd don’t feel alone in this journey. Here’s to strength and health in the NewYear.
I am also thankful, I learn more in this group than I do from any medical staff. Things are more manageable with the experience and support of those here.
Very grateful for this group as well. I have learned so much and feel supported in this journey thanks to you all. I hope everyone has a healthy and happy holiday and that 2025 is a fantastic one for us all and brings with it new treatments for BE.

This year I am thankful for the amazing Mayo Connect Community, and for the support of Mayo Clinic who provide this safe space, our Moderators and the IT Team who keep it all running.
I am grateful to each and every member who posts here to increase our knowledge and support one another in our health journey. I don't believe I would have had the same results from my treatment without what I have learned here, and the support of so many others walking this path.
Finally, I am grateful to our silent members, who choose not to post publicly, for joining us for a minute or a year on their health journey. I hope you know you are always welcome to join our discussions, whether with a question or to share your story.
I am also going to pipe in and say how lucky and thankful we are for all those that share their experiences of months and years of living with Bronchiectasis, MAC and the "work" that it requires to keep us going in our daily lives and therefore have the energy (and time) to post on the Mayo Connect site.
Yes Sue, a big thanks to all those behind the scenes that keep this site up and running. Without their dedication we couldn't share with one another in the way that we do.
So to those, us, with our BE/MAC stories and posts and all who are involved with keeping this site up and running...THANKS !
May all have holidays filled with all that you want for yourselves, your friends and your loved ones.

I am very grateful to this site and to all those who chipped in with tips and infos, it has served me well. I propagated all this knowledge to my doctors who were not familiar with airway clearance, saline, etc. Hopefully they in turn propagated that to their other patients.
Best wishes of great health to all of us!
I am very thankful for this group. The members gave me such great advice early in my journey. I had never heard of nebulizing with saline until I found this forum. That has been life changing for me. Because of the recommendations of this group I also have found two of the best pulmonologists (Dr. Pamela McShane in Tyler, TX and Dr. Diego Maselli in San Antonio, TX) a person could ask for who work together to monitor my condition. After living for over a year believing I had BE, these doctors changed my diagnosis. They watch me closely because they think I might help them understand how BE develops. Even though I technically do not have BE I still do daily airway clearance and nebulize with saline at least every other day. If I had not found this group my illness would most likely have become full blown BE. Saying thank you to the many who have spent time sharing their stories and responding to me with advice does not seem sufficient. I have become one of the silent members who reads posts daily so I know the latest information should my condition develop into BE. You all are a blessing to me!
I too am grateful for this group, for the experienced members who share so much, for those who bring their questions opening doors for more sharing and discussion, and for those who come simply for the comfort of finding they are not alone on this journey, and finally to each one expressing gratitude, support and comfort to one another. Thank you all. ~Anna
