There is 800 mg in this liver pill, and this is a supplement. It stopped my internal tremors on the first day I took the pill. I had a few that night in bed, but now they are gone. I have awakened in the morning while laying in bed and get a light one while watching the news, but I have to concentrate to see if there are any because my bed is no longer vibrating. They are gone and look at the benefits of this natural supplement.

N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC)? This stuff is in a liver support pill that I take and is all natural and stopped my tremors day one. My tremors are not as extreme as yours, but I was waking up thinking my bed was vibrating and kept covering my little dog up, thinking he was shivering. Vet visit brought it to my attention nothing wrong with Cubby, and I was not believing this could be me vibrating my bed and I didn't know it. It sounds like even if you could get some relief it would be good. I do not have any external shaking. I was all internal. NAC can be purchased at health food stores and the liver support pill I take has 800 mg in each pill. I am supposed to take 2 a day but I only take one as they tend to constipate me so I stick with one in the morning. I have no tremors all day, and most nights. Some mornings when I first wake up I still have slight tremors, but nothing vibrating the bed and if I could take the 2nd pill in the evening I have no doubt mine would be gone.
