Has anyone had a total lung removal for MAC and bronchiectasis?

I am curious if anyone here has had a total (left or right) lung removal for treatment of MAC and BE?

I found a couple of discussions about pneumonectomy in the past. It’s more common to have a line or section removed for abscess.
