Anyone take new drug Camzyos (mavacamten) for HCM?

Hi Captainterry,

Do you know what your gradient was when you started on Camzyos? I just learned in June of 23 mine was zero while taking Norpace. This past August it was measured at 76. Why I'm going on Camzyos as soon as my insurance approves.

June, sorry for slow response to your question.
Aug. 2021 (before Camzyos) : Peak LVOT gradient with Valsalva= 21mmHg.
July 2024 (after about 2 yrs on Camzyos= 17 mmHg.

LVEF over this period has remained fairly stable at 55-60%.
