burning sensation on knee
I have been having this burning sensation on my knees. I feel it regularly and at times it goes. I am wondering what this could be. anyone with similar experience in the past?

@samills Im a retired nurse and help with what I know or know myself I have back fracture back Rheumatologist told me this is causing problems pinched nerve ,sciatica and femoral arteries pinched nerves will cause the burning pain.This can be in body anywhere .Till you see your Dr I will tell you what has helped me. Tumeric 500 mg daily Tumeric is anti inflammatory al so I drink Ginger -Tumeric tea ginger is good for stomach Its at Trader Joe's only Hope this helps
Hi whats your opnion on Turmeric pill vs liquid? Also you drink ginger, does gingerale work or how do you drink it?
@10smon I by the tea ,its ginger-Tumeric The pills bothered my stomach but the tea doesn't Liquids are better then pills it has a good taste also
@10smom forgot to say the carborated water is not good for our backs it has a tendency to affect Osteoporosis since I have Ostepenia I drink them seldom When my stomach is upset I,ll reach for it but rely on baking soda water for the pain you need just the ginger thats why this tea is best hugs @help

I see this post is old but I reply in case it helps anyone. I have RA but Osteo in both knees. I get the burning more when I’m laying down. It’s a form of pain and may be nerve pain as burning often is.
Thank you for your comment...as this is older, since posted what ever was causing it seems to have gone away, haven't felt it in a long time..thank you though
