For those who have severe LC, would you want the new vaccine?
I ask because I got worse when vaccinated. My symptoms were slowly exacerbated. Give me your thoughts and history of vaccines.

mRNA and other vaccines have similar real-world effectiveness.
and no vaccine is 100% effective.

True. Some vaccines are more effective than others, due to a variety of factors, including how quickly the virus/bacteria replicates or mutates, and how it spreads. With flu vaccines it is partly which variants are in the vaccine and if they match to active ones that season. One's age is an issue as well. I had measles as a kid and was almost 70 when I got measles vaccines, because one's immunity wanes through the years and isn't as strong as well you are young. Regarding the covid vaccines, all use the covid spike proteins to trigger the immune system. If someone has a compromised immune system, they aren't going to be as effective. I'm sorry that you got covid, and LC. They are both so awful. I am hopeful that that chapter is closed. I got covid in January 2021. It's legacy Long Covid remains with me to this day. I am up to date on my vaccines. This last one was , for me, very mild affects. I was more tired and blah for 2 days. It seems to me after that I was back to my normal exhausted level, brain fog, lack of concentration, minimal focus, memory deficit and weakness, etc.
