Trelogy inhaler side effects
My pulmonologist put me on Trelegy Inhaler for COPD. I’ve been on it for about a month now. Since I started using it I have had a “hoarse voice” and just today I started with “teeth sensitivity”
Anyone heard of these side effects?

@janoh From the Trelegy web site here is their list of potential side effects:

Are you sure the tooth sensitivity you are feeling isn't actually gum irritation from thrush?
Thanks but I read that info already (it came with my inhaler) that’s why I’m wondering why my teeth hurt.
Should I let my pulmonologist know?
Yes, whenever you get unusual symptoms when on a new med, that's the best plan.
This is an ntm/bx group, do you have either? Steroids are not recommended for us. There are alternatives.
Hi Rick I am new to this group and have bronchiectasis I was diagnosed with pseudomonas last December. My question is about trelegy. I use that once a day along with nebulizing levalbuterol and 7%saline. What other options are available for trelegy that I could use
I think so because I did not get the tooth sensitivity until after I started on trelegy. And I see my dentist every 6 months.
What group discussion should I join? Thanks!
I don't take trelogy but had have tooth/teeth pain, which I describe as upper dental pain. I went to the dentist to get things checked out thinking a crown was acting up. Turns out it was referred pain from my sinuses. I read that a common side effect of Trelegy is inflammation of the sinuses. Usually sudafed or tylenol/motrin helps. Throwing that out there just in case.
That is exactly where I have the pain. I’ll have to ask my dentist when he see him next month. Thanks!
There is an asthma group. You might be better info there. Steroids are off limits for ntm patients for the most part
