I use anoro inhaler, trelegy did not do anything for me
I don't think inhalers can replace nebulizer

The trilogy inhaler opens up the airway and the nebulizer medication treats the airway!!

Take care!

We are all different. I use a nebulizer as needed with 3% saline when I have mucus. Otherwise I just use my 3 inhalers as maintenance. My 3 inhalers are pretty good for me and I don’t find the nebulizer really adds anything, except when I’m having a flare up.
People that have low inspiratory force may find nebulizers help get medicine deeper into the lungs than they could with inhalers. It’s good to discuss with our providers.
