"Primary idiopathic myelofibrosis is a rare myeloproliferative condition which can present with associated ocular features like intraretinal haemorrhages, vascular occlusion, retinal neovascularisation and angle-closure glaucoma." https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6557368/.
