I've been using the Pronerve6 for a little over a month, and so far I haven't had a noticeable improvement of the pain in my hands or feet. I think I may have been hornswalagled. So far, I'd say don't waste your money trying it. Best thing I've tried so far are the CDB gummies. Best wishes, Jim
