SARS-CoV-2 Antibody Profile blood test.
If you have not had one of these test, you may want to request one. One thing it will tell you is how much of the spike protein is in your blood. Mine is over 17,000, which is high. I had the J and J shot and came down with Covid twice. Still waiting for my micro clotting test results.
This is how my LC clinic explained things to me.
The pathology of the spike protein is that it attaches to ACE 2 receptors and nicotinic receptors decreasing the ability to be released and metabolized. This causes overall inflammation throughout. Clotting cascade occurs leading to micro-clotting and hypoxic tissue causing cellular dysregulation. Anti-body response increases spike antibodies that also cause inflammation. Goal of therapy is to help release spike protein from cells, decrease overall inflammation and address micro-clotting with a layered treatment approach.
Because of my Mast Cell Activation response to the spike protein, we need to get my mast cells under control before going after the spike proteins and micro clotting.
I am not sure if my info will help anyone else, but I have many of the same symptoms that LC patients have.
I have started the treatment plan a few weeks ago and my bad insomnia has been significantly improved, sleeping 7-8 hours a night.
I have not taken any of the boosters, and after seeing my level of spike protein already in my system, it has proven a wise choice. I do wear an N95 if I am in public places.

I really appreciate this info and would love to get these tests done myself. Do you have any specific information about the tests or links to further info? I’ll need to tell my PCP exactly what I want (and even then he’ll be a jerk about it). I’d also appreciate any info about your treatment plan that you’d be willing to share.
Thank you for this information. Would you mind sharing which Covid Clinin you are attending? It seems that your clinic are more progressive than some others.
All of my bloodwork had to go to labcorp for testing. Not sure why. I have also had the test to see if I have the geneotype that make it harder for my body to break down clots, which I do. That blood test is the PAl-1 gene polymorphism test. The question is , will your pcp know what to do once he has this information? The LC clinic that I am a patient with is an independent clinic and does not take insurance. You can use your insurance for bloodwork, but the clinic has a cash/credit policy. The treatments are individually made according to their test results.
The clinic that I am a telehealth patient with is the called “Leading Edge Clinic”. They are an independent clinic of doctors, nurses, and NP’s . Their use of Ivermectin in treatment has raised controversy within the world of corporate medicine and big pharma, so they are independent of them and do not accept insurance. You can use insurance to pay for blood work, but the clinic has a cash/CC payment policy. You pay one price for their plan. Details are on their website. They have treated thousands of patients for LC.
Prior to their clinic, my doctors were doing the best that they could treating symptoms, but really didn’t know what to do.
Do you know the name of the micro clotting test? I can’t find it on the labcorp website. My PCP won’t have a clue what to do with the results, but I’d like to have one test that shows that there is actually something wrong — as opposed to the dozens of tests that all come back “normal.”
I understand the frustration of tests coming back normal when you know that something is terribly wrong.
You won’t find the micro- clotting test. I went thru my LC clinic. We paid out-of-pocket for test kit. It came with a prep tube and paid overnight shipping. I took it to my local hospital and paid $5 for them to do the draw. I then sent it to Birmingham LC clinic in Alabama. Not sure, but I think that this is the only clinic to do the micro-clot test. Takes about 5 weeks to get the results back, I’m told. Still waiting for mine.
The Birmingham LC clinic has about a 5 month wait list for appointments. Like Leading Edge Clinic, they are an independent clinic and don’t accept insurance.
The SARS-CoV-2 Antibody Profile should show if and how much spike protein you have in your system.
Do you know where they ordered the test from?
Good stuff to pursue. For me the meaning of the following was not clear:
"we need to get my mast cells under control before going after the spike proteins and micro clotting."
Micro clotting??¿
LC suffered are known to have increased risk of stroke, and are often encouraged to use blood thinners. Hmmmmm.
This is invaluable information. Is the blood test on Labcorp called “SARS-CoV-2 Antibody Profile, Nucleocapsid and Spike?”
