Will homeopathic remedies help lessen excessive sweating?

Posted by kayokay22 @kayokay22, Oct 17 8:59am

At the end of this month I have an appointment to see my naturopathic doctor and we will do kinaeseology testing (muscle testing) to determine if any of her herbal or homeopathic remedies will work to lessen my excessive perspiration upon minimal exertion. It comes with watering eyes, lightheadedness, loss of balance, weakness and dizziness as if I am about to faint. I need to address all those as well. I will keep you all informed on this site if anything works. I have tried medical grade ionic foot soaks that detoxify the liver via the lymphatic system, but those do not seem to have made a difference to my symptoms.

I am 4 year long covid sufferer who is also dealing with this excessive sweating after minimal exertion. I also have my body temperature drop as low as 92.4 while I'm trying to control the sickness from the exertion. I have thyroid issues that complicate things with hot flashes and nightsweats. My thyroid Dr has altered my meds so I'm hoping that might help. At 77, I just stay home a lot now.

My wife is 76 and her sweating is going on and on for years,if the temperature is hot or cold, she’s been to few different doctors with no results.
Any good advise?

my brother is an oncologist and he recommends tumeric for hot flashes. make sure it is with pepper as it activates what you want and just do a few days a week, not every day. And, ask your Dr. It did help my sweating and hot flashes, I hope you find relief. Best wishes

I am two decades and more past hot flashes from menopause. I do not even feel hot. These are not hot flashes but long covid symptoms called dysautonomia - profuse sweating upon minimal exertion, accompanied by leaky eyes, weakness, fatigue, lack of balance and on the verge of fainting . This occurs randomly as in this week's exercise class, I only became aglow but without sweating. The day previous while in the car, it started and my hair was dripping wet. There is no raised temperature with it.

I’m still trying to resolve mine. It’s very frustrating that no one can seem to find out how to treat! It’s only been since 2022 after a Covid vaccine and a DVT blood clot. I cannot even do housework without debilitating sweating. If anyone has similar and has found a cure, it would be great!

I have tried several at home remedies.
1. Detox Baths and showers-strictly 1x a week
2. Wraps-strictly 1x per week
3. Weed-as needed

All of these help but you have to stick with a schedule. 1x a week strictly every week. I cant miss because then I have a bad episode of dysautonomia
