I think I’ll avoid this vaccine.
Having enough issues with random triggers and I think stress and anxiety contribute to my outbreaks.
Sometimes I’m convinced they are insect bites or I’m allergic to certain fabrics. And all my cats don’t help matters. So mysterious and debilitating.

Never assume you only have one form of eczema, like GD. I have several. Another one of mine is Allergic Contact Dermatitis, ACD. I had the 5 Day Extended Patch Test to identify allergens, this is not the environmental test for cats, dogs, dust mites, mold, and grasses but to other chemical and natural elements. Lots of info on the internet. An allergic fabric can get me to itch in 15 minutes, yet now I know what to avoid. Also, as challenging as it is I went on anti inflammation diet knowing it helps with ACD- no processed sugar for life and limitations in other foods. Dramatic reduction in my internal inflammation. I've been following my plan for 2 1/2 years and will never deviate. I urge others make this sacrifice for 3 months because you should have definite results by then.
