Hello again. This is where I stand now. Back of hands itching will wake me if I don’t keep them uncovered. Use ice back to fall back asleep. Also dermatologist did not tell me to keep Triamcinolone Acetonide 0.1% off my hands. Right hand finger tips thin skin with fissures. (very sensitive) Back of left hand has thin skin that looks like 90 year old person.
Took me 25 days and 3 pounds steroid twice a day on chest and back to get here. Took showers 87F between applications.
So three things remain now; 1)itching hands, 2)thin skin back of left hand, 3) right hand finger tips thins skin and split. Additionally, have developed Neuropathy. Skin feels like mild sun burn plus gets hot spots here and there off and on, and tingling. (I can live with the neuropathy, is does not itch.

Have you checked into allergy testing. 5 Day Extended Patch test, it will be possible if your back has cleared up. Even if it hasn't get in to see a doctor licensed to perform it for an evaluation.
