MariannJ and Gardeningjunkie It seems we are the OG's of the Cilantro "cure" and are it's biggest proponents! Who would have thought that mercury removal is actually something that works for GD? I was super skeptical about Cilantro, it seemed like just another "snake oil" but I was desperate and willing to try anything. I am so glad I did! I am happy to hear more and more people are taking this seriously, even though we can't get anyone in the medical community to do the same. We have all learned that WE must be our own best advocates. We need to keep spreading the word so that less people suffer needlessly with this horrible disease. I know it doesn't help everyone, but for those it does, it's a godsend. One day the medical community may catch up, but it's unlikely as they won't make any money off of a cure you can get at the supermarket for less than a dollar a day! I should probably do a maintenance "dose" too! It's been over a year and a half since my last smoothie! Thank you both for all you do in this community! Happy Holidays and well wishes for the New Year!

Hello again. This is where I stand now. Back of hands itching will wake me if I don’t keep them uncovered. Use ice back to fall back asleep. Also dermatologist did not tell me to keep Triamcinolone Acetonide 0.1% off my hands. Right hand finger tips thin skin with fissures. (very sensitive) Back of left hand has thin skin that looks like 90 year old person.
Took me 25 days and 3 pounds steroid twice a day on chest and back to get here. Took showers 87F between applications.
So three things remain now; 1)itching hands, 2)thin skin back of left hand, 3) right hand finger tips thins skin and split. Additionally, have developed Neuropathy. Skin feels like mild sun burn plus gets hot spots here and there off and on, and tingling. (I can live with the neuropathy, is does not itch.
