Have you severe, debilitating fatigue that lifts in the afternoon?

Friends… Does anybody have debilitating fatigue that lifts in the afternoon? I am a wreck when I arise: weak as a dishrag, off-balance, shuffling my feet because I don’t have the strength to lift them, collapsing on the sofa for hours. I feel half-alive.

Oddly, in the mid-afternoon, these symptoms begin to lift. On some days, my energy almost completely returns. Have you any thoughts, similar experiences, or feedback? Thank you. 🙏🏼

My muscles are deteriorating. I do some stretching and light exercises in bed and sitting on bed. It concerns me terribly. I was very fit muscle wise before from horse back riding, dancing and swimming a lot. Always on the go. Now, I’m a waste. Especially the last year. I’ve had Covid 2 more time in 24. That has added more “treats”
To my already miserable condition. I hobble around in the house best I can with a cane. To at least have blood flowing but sleep is pretty straight through except when I have to use the ladies room.

I did just have 2 hours of cleaning and pacing it. Heart rate was high, SOB some, sweating like I ran a marathon but got some exercise. Tomorrow I do the 6 minute walk for my LC Dr at the hospital. I only made it 3 minutes last time. Hope I can do 6 pacing. 😬
