Maybe just use it once a week. Previously I asked my allergist about foods and metal allergies. He said when eating foods that contain metals we don't absorb that much.I can't have metal in knee replacement because that would be in constant contact 24/7 and my ACD allergies would reject it. With foods most of the metal passes though. Yet we do know heavy metals do accumulate over time in our bodies. Most foods contain metals,as I mentioned, metal is a natural element and in soil and unavoidable, yet we have to wonder- what is the accepted amount to ingest and are people like you and me accumulating in our bodies more than for others? Or are we just more sensitive to what should be a normal amount of metal.
I had been thinking my GD might be starting up, getting an itch in the small of my back torso without the little rash bumps for several weeks, but now I don't think it is GD. Today itch far better. I have made 2 changes, but will share later once I know for sure these changes are the reason. We are always experimenting with ourselves.
