What kind of cilantro capsules are you using?
I was diagnosed with GD 2 months ago. All cortisone and steroid topical creams have helped with itchiness but haven’t seen any improvement.
I’m starting the retinoid pills tomorrow, but I’m a little skeptical. I’m thinking about trying the cilantro option.

Those Retinoids are brutal on the body. I read up on them and they would be my last resort! Please try the Cilantro

Vitacost cilantro 425 mg. Ordered through Amazon. $7.94 for 60. Unsure how much good the capsules are doing. I was clearing up from the cilantro smoothies before I started taking these.

See my post and photos from April 7. Terra Vita supplements. Bought on Internet. However, I am in the fresh cilantro club now.
