i am still trying the extract. I have seen a little improvement but not as much as others have said - note my rash and itching has never seemed to be as bad as others anyway. I am taking a little more of it and see if it gets rid of the rash. I put a dropper full (note, that the dropper doesnt fill up more than a 1/3 of the way, so i have to dropper 3-4 times to get to a dropper full) in a small cup of OJ. I don't taste it that way - maybe a tinge. I can handle the same with water, but i am swallowing it quickly and then eating something to get the taste out. I travel too much to deal with carrying raw cilantro along. FYI - people in the posts above say a bunch or half a bunch (i have no idea what a bunch is equivalent to but seems more than one or two tiny sprigs. Good luck.

seth971- a bunch in my local grocery stores is at least 4-6 cups, which is probably more than 50 sprigs. I am trying 1/2 bunch daily, stems and leaves. I tear 1/2 bunch in half and put in blender. That amounts to more than 2 cups.
