Grover's Disease: What works to help find relief?

I HATE cilantro! I have hated it for many years! It tastes like bar soap in your mouth. One or two tiny sprigs on a whole meal is tolerable but any more than that is unbearable (in salsa too). Some people attribute more of it to better tasting - absolutely false. How much do you eat daily?

Have had very little cilantro, mainly in salads. But have found that 50,000 IU of vitamin A and 6,000 IU of vitamin D seems to have turned things around. June would’ve been the magic 6 month anniversary and supposed minimum for Grover’s to go away.
BUT I am unsure of the side effects (If any) of these vitamins. Was not concerned initially because all I wanted was an end to the itching. My back is clear and have some bumps on my legs, and very little itching on my legs.
Anyone out there know about or has anyone taken A and D?

I HATE it too. It does not get better with time. I just pinch my nose and chug it down I use a half bunch to a whole bunch EVERY day in a smoothie and I am 99% clear after doing so after a month. I am in my third month of this and will keep going until I go into remission...hopefully soon!
