I am so happy to hear that you’re feeling better. I wish the medical community were more knowledgeable about this condition and the natural remedies out there. It took me a good month to feel results but since then my rash has slowly disappeared and the itching went down daily. Now I only have a few scars left from the horrible rash I had all over my body and I only get a few little itchy bumps that pop up on occasion. I have a love hate relationship with cilantro but i will eat it daily, if possible, until this thing goes into full remission. wishing you and everyone on this forum success with getting rid of their Grover’s

I HATE cilantro! I have hated it for many years! It tastes like bar soap in your mouth. One or two tiny sprigs on a whole meal is tolerable but any more than that is unbearable (in salsa too). Some people attribute more of it to better tasting - absolutely false. How much do you eat daily?
