@kako Try Cilantro! It can't hurt - One whole bunch per day. Try it for at least a month and see if you find relief. I was skeptical. My Grover's was SEVERE and now it's like 99.9% gone. I was ready to go on accutane too. I was desperate and at my wits end until I found others who had success with the cilantro and decided I had nothing to lose.

kimass1- I am so grateful for you posting about using cilantro as a treatment for GD. 2 weeks of diligently consuming 1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro stems and leaves mixed with unsweetened almond milk, unsweetened probiotic yogurt and 2 pinches of Stevia artificial sweetener mixed in blender to make a smoothly I am at least 50% improved. I can even lay on my back with only minimal noticeable pain. If I just stayed at this level I would be satisfied.
I buy 4 bunches and keep it fresh all week by trimming 1 inch off of bottom, placing in a few inches of water in jar or glass and cover loosely with plastic bag and change water at least every 3 days. If left in plastic bag for a week it will get slimy.
Your earth clinic post gave me realistic expectations from bloggers as only about 50% reported success; some reported no change, others moderate improvement and some reported total success. One GD sufferer had his breakout going on 6 years and now is clear for the first time.
Researching about cilantro it is noted as a heavy metal detoxer cleanser and I have not studied what that means.
It seems one must continue with the fresh cilantro daily or GD will return. Those using cilantro tablets report limited success, significantly less helpful, yet I ordered cilantro capsules for traveling.
Thanks again for giving me this info! I'm back off roading with our Jeep club and this make my husband happy. When broken out the bouncing friction not only hurts my torso rash, but aggravates and triggers a worse breakout.

@kimass1 Do you know if dried cilantro works? Have you tried it? I will be going on vacation and I am wondering if I could bring a bottle of that. Thanks for sharing your success. My GD has significantly improved!
